Dear Customers,

There is no higher priority to our entire TRI Pointe Assurance family than the well-being of our Customers, Team Members and Homebuilding Partners. It’s important for all of us to work smarter and more consciously with you during the coronavirus (COVID-19). Currently, our offices are operating by appointment only and with enhanced work procedures. Housing construction has been designated as an essential business or in the critical infrastructure sector in applicable government orders.

WORK PROCEDURES

• We follow ‘stay home when sick’ protocol and make accommodations for our employees who are high-risk individuals
• We refrain from handshakes, hugs or high fives. We respect each other’s personal space when we interact in-person
• We encouraged guests to use hand sanitizer and/or wash hands upon arrival at our offices
• We provide remote closing/settlement alternatives for symptomatic customers or customer preference
• We request that participants at closing/settlement meetings are limited to document signers only (no children, Realtors, etc.)
• We provide post-closing disinfectant of closing/settlement workplaces
• Please do NOT enter any TRI Pointe Assurance workplace if you are experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness (including coughing, fever, or shortness of breath).

ENHANCED CLEANING

• We’ve enhanced cleaning of our closing/settlement workplaces
• We follow enhanced process safeguards during closing/settlement for the well-being of participants

SCHEDULED CLOSINGS/SETTLEMENTS

Transparency is one of our core values and we are committed to keeping you fully informed.
We have been notified of temporary protocols being implemented by some municipalities due to the coronavirus situation. There may be temporary delays that could affect the recordation of closing/settlement documents. We are carefully monitoring the situation and will proactively keep you apprised of updates about your new home closing/settlement.
